They failed to clean underneath the vanity in the master bathroom, which was very dusty, and which I had to go back myself and clean. They also did not clean behind some doors, as there was debris on the floor left there. For what they charged for a small house, I was expecting more attention to detail. “Unprofessional. In our most recent clean, their cleaner pooped in our bathroom, didn't wash her hands, and proceeded to clean our kitchen. They also completely missed cleaning an entire room. On another occasion, the crew didn't take care while cleaning and dislodged our stair banister, broke a blind clip, and left a scratch on our wall. We also had previous issues with them taking our Christmas candy, spitting chewed gum in our driveway, and dumping to-go food unbagged in our trash cans. The quality of cleans weren't worth putting up with this.”
